How the cell works
Coating quality depends on gun distance, travel speed, and overlap staying constant. A robot holds all three better than a manual operator, especially on long profiles and repeated part families.
The cell is reviewed together with the booth, exhaust, and paint supply. Explosion-protection requirements for the robot and wiring are confirmed per project before configuration.
