How the cell works
A connected line starts from the process list: which operations, in which order, at what target output. Each cell keeps its own robot and guarding, while conveyors and a line-level PLC coordinate part flow, buffers, and fault stops.
Zoyvan builds these lines around its own equipment - saws, tube drawing machines, end reducers, peeling machines, and CR or MD robots - so cell interfaces, communication, and service responsibility stay with one supplier.
Typical cell parameters
| Line control | Line PLC with cell-level handshake |
|---|---|
| Part flow | Conveyors, buffers, and escape positions per layout |
| Cells combined | Sawing, drawing, end-reducing, peeling, palletizing |
| Data | Cycle counts and fault logs at line level |
| Service | Single-supplier responsibility for the whole line |
