Connected Production Lines With Robot Cells

Sawing, tube drawing, end-reducing, and palletizing cells are linked by conveyors and a line PLC, so profiles and tubes move from raw material to packed bundle without manual carrying.

How the cell works

A connected line starts from the process list: which operations, in which order, at what target output. Each cell keeps its own robot and guarding, while conveyors and a line-level PLC coordinate part flow, buffers, and fault stops.

Zoyvan builds these lines around its own equipment - saws, tube drawing machines, end reducers, peeling machines, and CR or MD robots - so cell interfaces, communication, and service responsibility stay with one supplier.
