Robot Palletizing And Depalletizing Cells

An MD four-axis palletizing robot builds stable pallet layers from a single infeed, and the same cell can run in reverse for depalletizing incoming material.

How the cell works

The MD series four-axis palletizing robot is designed for vertical stacking work: high payload, a compact rotating column, and simple teach-pendant pattern programming. Layer patterns are entered once and reused across product changeovers.

A typical cell includes the infeed conveyor, pallet dispenser or manual pallet zone, the robot with vacuum or clamp gripper, and a stretch-wrap or strapping station downstream. Depalletizing runs the same hardware in reverse with a vision or sensor check on layer height.
