Robot Machine Tending For Saws, Presses, And CNC Stations

A CR robot de seis ejes stands between the infeed conveyor and the machine, picks raw profiles or tubes, loads the fixture, waits for the cycle, and places finished parts on the outfeed side.

How the cell works

The cell is built around one CR series robot de seis ejes with a pneumatic parallel or custom jaw gripper. The robot handshakes with the saw, press, or CNC station through I/O or Profinet, so the machine only cycles when the gripper is clear and the door or clamp state is confirmed.

Tending cells remove the most repetitive station in the line. One operator can supervise two or three cells, and the robot keeps the same pick path and placement accuracy across all shifts.
