The ZOYVAN CR-1820 is a six-axis industrial robot for heavier handling work: 20 kg rated payload, 1850 mm arm span, and a lightweight arm structure that keeps high-speed motion flexible in tight layouts. Press and line tending

Ingot stacking and palletizing
Aluminum ingots are picked from the conveyor and stacked in a stable pattern. For pure palletizing duty we also offer the MD four-axis palletizing series, described on the palletizing and depalletizing page.
Billet peeling line tending
The robot loads billets into the peeling machine and unloads the finished billet, keeping the machine fed without manual lifting near the cutting zone.
CE certification
ZOYVAN six-axis robots are CE certified by HTS Inspection & Certification UK Limited (Certificate of Conformity No. U202503834368002, issued 28 March 2025). The certified model family covers the CR series including the CR1820, tested to EN ISO 10218-1:2011, EN 60204-1:2018, and EN ISO 12100:2010 under the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
